[it's the first time she's seen him since the jump. and through her sleepy demeanor, she does waken a bit more when she's greeted at the door by a familiar-yet-unfamiliar face.
his eyes are dark, and she feels something within her very core catch at the darkness she feels emanating from him. beyond...what she thought she was initially called for.
but, she stifles it, walks through his room and turns to face him as he comes to rest against the door. and, despite it all, she does...deflate a bit.
not because this isn't going to be what she initially thought it was going to be, but...out of sympathy. even still.]
And...that is why it cannot wait until morning? Because the sunlight makes you feel ill?
[she moves towards him, one hand brushing a lock of white hair from his face to look concernedly at him.]
