PERSONALITY:
As the last female Altean alive, Allura doesn't simply hold the title of being the Princess of Altea, but she also must bear the weight of her people's legacy on her brow, a fate far more heavier than her crown once entailed. To her, even though the complete and utter annihilation of her planet and race had happened over 10,000 years ago, after being induced to a cryogenic sleep by her father in order to save her, the loss of Altea is still fresh in her mind and thus, affects much of Allura's character. As such, Allura presents herself oftentimes with a maturity far beyond her years. Having been trained at a young age, both in diplomacy and in military training, Allura is a skilled diplomat and tactician, taking her role as the remaining royal of Altea very seriously, and proving to be a very sufficient, worthwhile leader in the wake of her father's death. She is unafraid of facing dangerous situations, and plays an active role in the team despite not being a paladin of Voltron. She is not the sort of person who will sit back and allow others to do work for her, but will instead insist on taking charge in dangerous missions herself, even when her safety would otherwise be compromised. This isn't to say she has a death wish, but that she is someone who will act on her responsibility even if others worry for her safety on her behalf. For example, she does not hesitate to land on a large animal-planet known as a 'Balmera' to help escort its natives to safety -- even if that means diving headfirst in the midst of a firefight. She is unafraid of sacrificing herself for the greater good and for those she cares about, as evidenced at the end of episode 10 where, under duress and knowing that there was no way for both her and Shiro to escape, she sacrifices herself to ensure her friend's safety. She is a young woman able to make tough decisions, even if they are emotionally taxing, she demonstrates the ability to steel herself and go through with it, if it means success for the mission at large.
However, Allura is not entirely straitlaced or even as levelheaded as she attempts to put on. For starters, while it may seem that she takes herself and her role as the Princess of Altea seriously, Allura is still a young woman, and her personality still reflects the levity that comes with youth despite seemingly losing everything. She knows how to have a good time, and she is a personable individual that, while she is the leader of the team, she is also capable of being her teammates friends as well. She is kindhearted and warm in personality, and, provided that a person is not working for the enemy, she often does give strangers the benefit of the doubt and would be the first to try to approach a potentially hostile situation in a diplomatic and kind way. As evidenced above, she is hardly a pushover, but will not be the sort of person to intentionally antagonize anyone either (unless, they of course, started it).
Allura also can be a bit brash in personality as well. As Princess, she is unafraid to speak her mind, and can sometimes even come across a little blunt (after all, upon waking up after 10,000 years of cryogenic sleep, she still has it in her to comment on how 'ugly' Lance's ears are). Just as she is someone who is able to make tough decisions, she is also someone who will tell it like it is. Allura also sometimes reacts poorly in tense situations that catch her off-guard, and although she presents herself as the leader, and as someone who can hold it all together and who knows what she's doing, the reality is...she doesn't know everything, and it frightens her. She is someone who tries to remain strong so that when others look to her, they see a paragon of strength in a time of strife, and it is a personal sacrifice of her own emotional stake that she implements on herself. However, by being rather guarded in her emotions, it can oftentimes backfire. She misses her father dearly, to the point where she was easily manipulated by her father's corrupted AI. She is also bent on having her revenge against Zarkon, a desire that can leave her unthinking at times, for when she later confronts him, she doesn't hesitate to rush at him in a rather violent burst of anger despite knowing very well it would be a fruitless endeavor.
In Season 2, Allura does go through a major personal arc. While much her personality does remain intact beyond developing further as a leader, her opinions and worldviews do change over the course of this season. In Season 1, and much through Season 2, Allura is shown to be very hateful and distrustful to the Galra, to the point where she can't even bring herself to trust anyone of the Galra race regardless of their alignment. She pigeonholes them into a singular category of being inherently untrustful, even when she meets Galra of the Blade of Marmora, a group of Galra resistance fighters fighting against Zarkon and his Empire. This quite visibly affects her relationship with one teammate, Keith, someone she has grown close to and trusts. When he and the others find out about his Galra heritage, Allura is shown being distant and angry at Keith for being Galra, continuously questioning whether she should trust him, or flat out ignoring him and shutting him out completely. It is clear that she is grappling with herself with her past feelings towards the Galra as a singular enemy, these new discoveries at having been exposed to a resistance group and, more importantly, with the knowledge that someone she cares about and has come to see as family has Galra lineage. Eventually, she finally comes to accept that her anger towards the Galra has blinded her. She realizes that it's not "what's in your blood" but that it's "who you are that counts." She makes amends with Keith, apologizes for how she has treated him, and is later shown working and fighting alongside the Galran resistance fighters, showing that while she is still determined to beat Zarkon and put an end to his Empire, she is willing to put aside her differences and acknowledge that her anger towards a singular race is a detriment, and that she was wrong to judge.
In season 3, Allura, tasked with a missing teammate and a fledgling paladin, continues to showcase her flaws and develop as a stronger individual in a time of strife. Allura is going from being a supporting member of Team Voltron to an active member, becoming the new Blue Paladin of Voltron. She experiences the struggle and growth that comes from being a new paladin, having to learn how to fly her Lion and fight alongside the team as a team member instead of as a commanding Princess in a Castle-ship. She develops into someone who is now more open to turning to others for help and being less stubborn about expressing her doubts and emotions, allowing herself to be more emotionally open and available than she had been in the past and is no longer forcing herself to shoulder the weight of the responsibility herself and others have placed upon her. She also continues to learn how to see shades of grey, having come into contact with an alternate reality where Altea was not wiped to oblivion, and in fact had succeeded in procuring "peace" throughout the galaxy, but in a very manipulative and wrongful way by removing free-will of any individual that shows dissenting thought. She begins to understand more where her father was coming from when he sent the Lions away.
In short, Allura tries to epitomize what is expected of her as not only being the last of her species, but as the leader of the group of people who will, hopefully, save the galaxy. She is diplomatic, tactical, and serious, but also kind and youthful. Sometimes, her emotions get the best of her even when she tries to steel them away, and in truth...she's still hurting from the loss of her entire way of life, but it trying to keep up hope that she will succeed in freeing the galaxy from Zarkon's Galra Empire. She is someone who is young and will no doubt continue to grow.
POWER:
Altean Physiology
Alteans are described in canon as a chameleon-like species. Meaning, Allura is able to change her physiology and height to resemble any species/race/etc. of alien. This does not change her entire appearance, but simply will make her look like the species she is trying to either resemble or impersonate. For example, in canon, when she transforms herself to resemble the Galra, she changes her skin colour and height, but ultimately still looks the same beyond that and her markings also remain.
Allura is also impeccably strong, which is suggested as another physiological trait of Alteans. She also is able to tap into her own quintessence (basically: life energy) to help heal a creature called a Balmera, as well as uses her own life energy to help power her ship.**
**Here, I will suggest that this power can be used as a healing power. She will be able to heal people who suffer from mild to moderate injuries, but because of the nature of having to use her own life essence, the more intensive the healing, the weaker she will feel. And since she is channeling her own life energy in order to heal others, Allura will be unable to heal herself with this ability.
**Also, at the end of season 2, more magical abilities are shown to be unlocked. While not relevant from the canon point I'm taking her from, in future canon updates, I will update her powers as well to reflect this.
Disney Princess Syndrome
Technically not canon. In Mask or Menace, Allura is able to telepathically communicate with all mice and rats in this setting. She understands them, and they all understand her.
Paladin Armour
Allura will be wearing her Pink Paladin Armour when arriving in Mask or Menace, which acts as standard armour which doubles as a spacesuit. With her armour she is able to summon a shield. As the new paladin of the Blue Lion, she is also able to summon the Blue Bayard, which turns into a whip when used as a weapon. Because Lance currently uses it in-game, she will not have a bayard to herself, but she will have an affinity for her teammate's weapon and will be able to use and summon it at her discretion (should the current Lance in-game canon update).

My name is Princess Allura of the Planet Altea. I...[her expression falters slightly, but she shakes her head, continuing.] am not quite certain if that actually means anything in this dimension, but if it does, I would like to be contacted immediately with any information you may have with regard to the status of this universe.
Although I am not fond of the idea of being landlocked on a planet that is essentially holding me prisoner, I will endeavor to help as much as I am able.
I may not be from this planet, or even from this universe, but I know of Earth and, well...even if circumstances could be better I am looking forward to see just what this planet has to offer.

FINAL NOTES:
Allura is going to show up to Mask or Menace with her loyal team of small Space Mice (wiki link) on her person. Although Allura is telepathically linked to these mice and she's able to communicate with them even at a distance, these mice don't talk, although they do seem to understand what other people are saying. They are highly intelligent mice, but beyond their intelligence they haven't exhibited any powers or other special traits of their own.
ALSO since this is a reapp, Allura is returning with memories of her time in game. Her personality has remained relatively the same, developing in tandem moreso with her canon updates than what has happened to her during her time in this new universe. However, while in Mask or Menace, Allura has had an easier time letting her hair down a little, so to speak, allowing herself to have a bit more fun thanks to not having the whole fate of the universe sitting on her shoulders during her time in this alternate universe. She's grown closer to people, those from other universes as well as her teammates, and she's able to act more like her youthful self in a ways that are often not reflected in canon due to constant battle.
