The Hostel is under lockdown, but I've made it out. I am trying to find a way to the underground.

We think the Underground is causing some kind of interference. It was doing the same thing to Akira.

Try near the race tracks. Anyway, we found more androids. Except, they're vastly outdated compared to anyone above ground. According to them, they are preserving the memories...They remember what it's like to be alive.
